Then Rise Up Training (RUT) Camp Performance is for you!  It will invigorate both your body and your mind!

What did I just sign up for?  RUT CAMP Performance is a workout designed to take your training to the next level while having a blast and working out hard.  Our 12 class cycle and assessment and reassessment program will encourage you to track your progress in regard to performance rather than cosmetic targets that most of us are used to.  We encourage you to use your heart rate while training, we will assess and reassess you, and we will provide workouts that are performance based while ensuring a program that will shock your body and give you a roadmap when it comes to overall fitness that you have never followed before.  Everything will be logged by you so that you can always compare and compete with yourself to always better yourself. If you are a Rut Camper this cardio portion will take your endurance and cardiovascular strength to the next level while providing more of a flow to your current Rut Camp Schedule.
